We offer end-to-end early clinical development services to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, using a range of innovative methodologies. The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director (Europe-based) to strengthen our commercial team. This role will focus on driving sales of hVIVO’s clinical site services, lab services, and human challenge trials (ex-USA), with particular emphasis on clients across Northern Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for clinical site and lab services, ensuring alignment with hVIVO’s growth objectives
  • Proactively identify, prospect, and engage new clients in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and repeat business
  • Manage the full business development cycle from lead generation to contract signature
  • Represent hVIVO at industry conferences and networking events, promoting our capabilities and identifying new opportunities
  • Host client visits and conduct off-site client meetings as needed
  • Collaborate closely with Business Operations, and other Commercial functions to ensure smooth delivery and client alignment
  • Provide accurate, timely updates to the BD opportunity pipeline and sales forecasts

Profile proficiency in German, French, or another European language highly desirable. Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
