The Project Director is responsible for the overall conduct of hVIVO projects and is accountable for the delivery of the project to timelines, within budget and to agreed quality standards. You will work closely with the allocated cross functional project team and take on line management responsibilities for Project Managers. The Project Director will act as the primary point of contact with clients, maintaining contact, determining their expectations regarding communication and project updates and actively contribute to the on-going development and process improvement of the department and across the company.
Skills & Experience:
- Clinical Operations experience
- Experience of Phase 1 ideally
- Thorough working knowledge of ICH GCP and working familiarity of UK SI regulations
- An excellent communicator
- Experience with line management, training and mentoring
