Maintenance Electrician

We’re looking for a Maintenance Electrician to cover a commercial offices around the Wirral, Liverpool and Warrington. This role combines electrical maintenance with minor plumbing and fabric tasks, ensuring facilities run smoothly., * Carry out minor plumbing repairs and general fabric maintenance.

• Complete PPMs, including emergency lighting, fire alarms, and water systems checks.

• Maintain and repair power circuits, commercial lighting, sockets, and switches.

• Perform AHU filter changes and basic servicing.

• Ensure safety compliance and maintain accurate records.

• Handle minor fabric repairs, including doors, furniture, and patchwork.

• Monitor and optimize energy efficiency in electrical systems.

• Respond promptly to reactive maintenance tasks.

• Manage workloads independently across multiple locations.
