  • Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer or HVAC Engineer

  • Experience installing and maintaining commercial air conditioning systems

  • Strong fault-finding skills

  • Full UK Driving Licence

  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

Desirable Experience

  • Heat pump installation or servicing experience

  • VRF / VRV installation experience

  • Electrical knowledge

  • Commissioning experience

  • Facilities Management or Building Services background

Salary & Benefits

  • Up to Β£46,000 basic salary

  • Company van

  • Fuel card

  • Overtime opportunities

  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

  • Company pension

  • Ongoing training and manufacturer courses

  • Genuine career progression

  • Opportunity to help build and develop an in-house HVAC division

  • Long-term job security with a growing business

Why Join Us?
