Salary: up to £35,000 basic

Are you a Birmingham based Maintenance Engineer looking for a static role close to home? Will consider any candidate that comes from either a mechanical or electrical skillset.
The largest FM company in the UK is looking for an on-site Maintenance Engineer to be based at a corporate office just outside Snow Hill Train Station.
This client has a great staff retention record and benefits package.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organise and assist in reactive repairs and PPM’s to the site’s M&E systems (BMS, Fire, Air Conditioning, Generators and LV Electrical Distribution and Switch Gear etc. ).
- Carry out reactive repairs as instructed by Contract Support or Contract Management in line with the Service Level Agreements.
- Prioritise and delegate reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks to ensure optimum levels of service delivery are achieved.
- Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules.
