Commercial Gas Engineer
Sevenoaks & Surrounding Areas. Up to £51,500 per annum. Full time, 40 hours per week.

What you'll be doing
- Carrying out maintenance and repair of gas plant, plus fabric and basic electrical tasks as required under contract.
- Completing all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive works to legislative standards and within agreed timescales.
- Monitoring subcontractors to ensure work meets the required standard and full Health & Safety compliance.
- Issuing permits, managing small works and carrying out escort duties where needed.
- Completing certification, reports and paperwork accurately, ensuring statutory and mandatory tasks are met on time.
What we're looking for
- Commercial Gas Tickets (COCN1, or CoDNCO1)
- Level 3 Plumbing & Heating Qualification
- Experience in maintenance, testing and fault finding across boiler plant, ventilation, pumps, generators etc.
- A full, current UK driving licence.
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and safe working practices.
- Good communication skills, a proactive approach and a genuine focus on customer care, with the ability to diagnose and repair faults effectively.
