We are seeking an experienced QHSE Manager to join a well-established Facilities Management business based in Warrington. This is a key role responsible for leading Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental standards across a multi-site FM operation.

The Role

You will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining QHSE systems across the business, ensuring full compliance with legislation, client standards and internal policies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and improving QHSE management systems across FM contracts
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety, environmental and quality legislation
  • Leading audits, inspections and reviews (internal and external)
  • Investigating incidents, accidents and near misses, and implementing corrective actions
  • Producing risk assessments, method statements and safe systems of work
  • Providing advice, guidance and training to managers, engineers and site teams
  • Acting as the main point of contact for QHSE matters with clients and stakeholders

About You

  • Proven experience in a QHSE role within Facilities Management or a similar multi-site environment
  • Strong working knowledge of UK H&S legislation
  • Confident working with operational teams and senior management
  • Able to manage audits, compliance and continuous improvement
  • Relevant QHSE qualifications (e.g. NEBOSH or equivalent)
