We are currently recruiting for a Multiskilled Fabric Engineer to join a well-established facilities management contract based on a static site in Peterborough. This is a long-term opportunity within a professional environment, working as part of an on-site maintenance team delivering high-quality building fabric services.
Key Responsibilities:
- General fabric maintenance including doors, locks, ceilings, flooring and internal fixtures
- Basic plumbing works (repairs, leaks, replacements)
- Painting and decorating
- Minor carpentry and building repairs
- Supporting the wider engineering team when required
- Ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with site procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a fabric or building maintenance role
- Multiskilled background across a range of trades
