We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a growing facilities maintenance team operating across Cumbria. This is a mobile position covering a large portfolio of commercial and industrial sites, carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance duties. The role is electrically biased but will also involve general fabric maintenance and basic mechanical works as part of the wider building maintenance function.
Key Responsibilities
- Electrical PPMs and reactive maintenance
- Fault finding, repairs and testing on electrical systems
- General building fabric maintenance and repairs
- Basic mechanical maintenance duties
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
- Completing maintenance documentation and job reports
- Travelling between multiple sites across the region

Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
- 18th Edition qualification
- Experience within commercial maintenance or facilities management
- Strong fault-finding and reactive maintenance experience
- Able to work independently in a mobile role
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and fabric maintenance
- Full UK driving licence
