Role Overview

We are currently recruiting a Painter & Decorator to work across multiple commercial offices in the South Region areas to cover a key contract in our business.

Due to the nature of the region covered we can put you in hotels if needed, at our expense.

Office locations include:

• Colchester
• Exeter

• Oxford
• Portsmouth

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out painting and decorating tasks at our client sites

• Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM)

• Undertake reactive repair tasks as needed

• Inspect and repair flooring, walls, and doors

• Maintain and repair free-standing and fitted furniture

• Check and repair doors, windows, and associated fittings

• Support engineering staff with general maintenance tasks

• Follow instructions from the Contract Manager or Facilities Supervisor

• Maintain accurate records (maintenance logs, reports, health & safety documentation)

• Manage consumable stock, tools, and equipment effectively
