About Us

We are a specialist recruitment agency partnering with a growing and ambitious organisation that is launching a brand-new Facilities Management (FM) division. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to play a key role in building and shaping the division from the ground up.

The Role

Our client is seeking a driven and strategic Operations Manager to spearhead their new FM division, based out of Liverpool. You will take full ownership of operational delivery, team development, and client relationships, ensuring the successful establishment and growth of the division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the launch and ongoing development of the FM division
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple commercial contracts
  • Build, manage, and develop a high‑performing team
