We are seeking a Mechanical Plumber to join a facilities maintenance team supporting a commercial site. The role involves carrying out planned and reactive maintenance to ensure building services plant and equipment remain safe and operational.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on heating and air-conditioning plant.
- Maintain evaporative cooling systems and domestic water systems in line with L8 requirements.
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to maintain plant operation.
- Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across site plant.
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and customer service.
Working Hours
3 weeks: 07:30 – 15:30
1 week: 09:30 – 18:00
Overtime and weekend flexibility required.
On-call rota: 1 in 4.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent).
- Experience maintaining pumps, motors and valves.
- Experience working with cooling towers.
- Good understanding of health & safety within maintenance environments.
