We are recruiting a Mechanical Plumber to join a busy, modern commercial site based at 6 Pancras Square. This is a static role, offering stability, strong site support, and the option to consider a junior-level engineer looking to develop in a high-profile environment.
The Role
Working as part of an on-site engineering team, you will carry out mechanical and plumbing maintenance across the building, ensuring all work is delivered to a professional standard. This includes both planned preventative maintenance and reactive tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Mechanical and plumbing maintenance on a large commercial site
- PPMs and reactive works
- Fault-finding and basic repairs
- Supporting the wider engineering team when required
- Ensuring all work complies with site safety standards
