Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Air Conditioning Engineer to join our growing service division.
The role involves servicing, maintaining, and fault diagnosing air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation systems across client sites, with a primary focus on VRF/VRV systems.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team with strong manufacturer training and development prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, and fault diagnose VRF/VRV systems across all major manufacturers (Mitsubishi Electric, Toshiba, Daikin, Samsung).
- Carry out repairs, overhauls, and major component replacements .
- Conduct routine planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation systems.
- Utilise manufacturer service monitoring systems for diagnostics and system optimisation.
- Respond to emergency call-outs as required.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards .
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional client relationships.

Qualifications & Experience (Essential)
- Proven experience with VRF/VRV and split systems , including diagnostics via manufacturer software.
- Experience in commercial refrigeration and chiller systems .
- Experience in ventilation systems including HRUs and AHUs.
- F-Gas certification
(Category 1).
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable
- Additional refrigeration or electrical qualifications.
- Experience across multiple manufacturers’ service platforms.
