We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Electrical Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management and Building Services company covering commercial sites across the North West. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a long‑term role with strong earning potential, overtime opportunities, and career progression within a growing FM business.
The successful candidate will carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial sites
- Fault find and repair electrical systems and associated building services equipment
- Work on lighting, emergency lighting, power distribution, HVAC systems, FCUs, and plant room equipment
- Complete maintenance reports and update CAFM systems using a tablet device
- Identify and report remedial works where required
- Carry out minor mechanical and general building maintenance duties
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations
- Participate in the on‑call rota and attend emergency call outs when required
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- 2391 Testing & Inspection qualification desirable
- Previous experience within Facilities Management, Building Services, or Commercial Maintenance
- Experience working on commercial electrical systems and building services equipment
- Good fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Up to £42,000 basic salary
