Maintenance Technician
We are looking for a Mobile Maintenance Technician to attend customer sites and carry out weekly maintenance tasks, including fire alarm testing, water temperature checks, health and safety record completion, and minor maintenance works.
We deliver construction refurbishments and facilities management services, creating and maintaining high-quality spaces for our customers.
The Role
- Carry out weekly maintenance tasks such as water temperature testing, outlet flushing, and fire alarm checks
- Travel to multiple customer sites across the North West, meeting deadlines and KPIs
- Complete maintenance documentation accurately
- Support projects by meeting subcontractors, conducting inductions, and supervising works
- Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety procedures
- Build strong customer relationships
- Use handheld devices/computers for task management
- Order materials and carry out other duties as required
About You
- Experience in Facilities Management (desirable), e. g. caretaker or mobile FM operative
- Interest in health and safety
- Competent handyperson skills with ability to assess and escape issues
- Comfortable working independently and travelling
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator and collaborative team player
