We are recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join a growing FM and reactive maintenance business supporting a regional portfolio across the North West. This role will oversee reactive maintenance, building fabric and minor works delivery across multiple client environments and will also provide leadership support to an existing Contract Manager within the region. The position offers a great opportunity for an operationally strong FM professional looking to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of work and genuine long-term opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing reactive maintenance and minor works projects up to £100k
- Supporting and overseeing 1 Contract Manager within the region
- Managing engineers, subcontractors and operational delivery
- Driving client relationships and service performance
- Supporting additional works, pricing and quotations
- Managing operational escalations and service delivery
- Monitoring KPIs, SLAs and contract performance
- Ensuring compliance across health & safety and operational standards
- Supporting business growth and operational improvement initiatives
About You
- Strong background within reactive FM/building maintenance
- Experience managing contracts, engineers and subcontractors
- Commercial awareness and additional works exposure
- Strong operational leadership and client management skills
- Experience managing reactive maintenance and minor works delivery
- Based within the Manchester/Liverpool region preferred
