Building Services Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join a leading Facilities Management provider on a prestigious static corporate office in Salford.

The Role
- Planned and reactive electrical maintenance
- Lighting and power fault finding
- AHU and FCU maintenance
- Emergency lighting testing
- Contractor supervision and Permit to Work management
- Compliance documentation

What We're Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds Electrical Installation
- 17th or 18th Edition
- Experience within Facilities Management or Building Services
- Strong electrical maintenance and fault-finding skills
- IPAF and PASMA desirable
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
