We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established facilities management provider, for a Maintenance Plumber to join their team on a site in Chester.

This is a great opportunity to join a stable contract with a strong work-life balance, offering an early finish every Friday and no callout requirement.

The Role

As a Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for delivering bothplanned preventative maintenance (PPM)andreactive plumbing worksacross the site. You will ensure all systems are maintained safely, efficiently, and in line with compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry outplanned preventative maintenance (PPMs)on plumbing systems
• Respond toreactive maintenance issuesacross the site
• Work onL8 compliance tasksincluding water hygiene duties
• Maintenance and servicing ofTMVs (Thermostatic Mixing Valves)
• Diagnose and resolvedrainage issues and blockages
• Service and maintainexpansion vessels
• Ensure all work is completed in line withhealth & safety and compliance standards
• Accurately complete job reports and maintenance records

The Package

• Salary:£33,500
• 33 days annual leave(including bank holidays)
• No callout rota
• Early finish every Friday (13:30)
• Stable, long-term contract within a reputable facilities management business
