We’re recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established Facilities Management company based in SN16, delivering a varied portfolio of office-based projects. This role will focus on the delivery of office fit-outs, fire door works, and mechanical projects, managing project values ranging from £50k up to £700k, with an overall annual project value of up to £3m. The position suits a commercially astute Project Manager who is confident managing budgets, valuations, and financial performance alongside programme and delivery.
The Role
- Manage multiple projects from pre-start through to completion
- Deliver office fit-out, fire door, and mechanical projects within live environments
- Oversee projects valued between £50k–£700k, managing an annual portfolio of up to £3m
- Take full ownership of project finances, including cost control, valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Produce and manage programmes, progress reports, and client updates
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal delivery teams
- Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
About You
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within FM, construction, or building services
- Strong background delivering office-based projects, particularly fit-outs and refurbishments
- Experience managing fire door and/or mechanical projects highly desirable
- Commercially strong with solid experience managing budgets, valuations, and cost control
- Confident running multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
