We are recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to work on a single, static hospital site in Hammersmith. This role focuses on PPM and reactive maintenance within a critical healthcare environment and offers long-term stability, structure and development.

What you’ll get:
- Salary up to £42,000 plus overtime
- Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (days only)
- Static hospital site – no travel, no van
- No call-out or shift rota
- Long-term, stable contract
- Training and upskilling (including healthcare compliance)
- Supportive, site-based engineering team
Your role:
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive/remedial works
- Mechanical fault-finding, servicing and repairs
- Working on: AHUs, LTHW/MTHW systems, Pumps, valves and FCUs, Calorifiers and plate heat exchangers (PHEs)
- Supporting compliance, permits and safety within a live hospital environment
- Delivering work to a high standard while maintaining strong client relationships
What we’re looking for:
- NVQ/C&G Level 2 or 3 in Mechanical or Building Services (or equal experience)
- Experience in mechanical building services, FM or estates maintenance
- Confident carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance
- Hospital or healthcare experience beneficial but not essential
- Engineers with senior or lead experience may also be considered for a higher-level role on site.
