We are appointing a HVAC Manager to take full technical and operational ownership of a large, complex ventilation and AHU estate within a critical hospital environment in Hammersmith. This is a senior, visible role for a ventilation specialist who wants genuine authority over assets, compliance and performance—without mobile working, shifts or contract-level distraction.

What you'll get:
- Basic salary up to £65,000

Your role:
- Full ownership of a ventilation estate comprising circa 200 AHUs
- Lead, manage and technically support a specialist HVAC team
- Ensure performance, resilience and compliance of all HVAC assets
- Control isolations, permits and Safe Systems of Work (SSOW)
- Act as the site's HVAC technical authority
- Produce technical reports and present updates to senior stakeholders
- Work closely with projects teams, providing HVAC design and delivery input
What we're looking for:
- Proven background in HVAC / ventilation within healthcare or critical environments
- Relevant qualification in a mechanical or HVAC discipline
- Ventilation AP tickets highly desirable
- Strong understanding of compliance, permits and healthcare standards
- Confident communicator with strong reporting and stakeholder management skills
