Join a leading Facilities Management company as an HVAC Engineer working on a static site in Wimbledon. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC systems across both the depot and trains, ensuring smooth operation and efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Maintain, service, and repair HVAC systems across the depot and trains
- Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently to minimize downtime
- Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Work closely with site teams and contractors to ensure smooth operations
- Carry out installation, replacement, and fitting of HVAC components (valves, motors, pumps, fans, coils, filters, etc.)
- Perform pipework brazing, soldering, and fabrication as required for system modifications or repairs
- Handle refrigerants safely, including recovery, charging, leak detection, and pressure testing in line with F-Gas regulations
- Undertake performance testing and commissioning of repaired or new HVAC systems
- Keep detailed maintenance and service records for compliance and auditing purposes
Requirements
- HVAC qualification (NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
- F-Gas certification (essential)
- Experience working on commercial HVAC systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
