Fabric Technician
Location:Liverpool
Salary:Up to £35,000
Shift Pattern:4 on / 4 off (12-hour shifts between 7:00am and 10:00pm)
Are you an experienced Fabric Technician looking for a varied role on one of Liverpool's most recognisable retail and leisure estates?
We're recruiting for a Fabric Technician to join a leading Facilities Management provider, supporting the maintenance of a high-profile, multi-use commercial estate in the heart of Liverpool.

The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs)
- Reactive building fabric maintenance
- Fire door inspections
- Water sampling and water flushing
- General decorating and making good
- Porter duties, including moving furniture and equipment
- Installing and removing decking for seasonal events
- Overseeing specialist subcontractors
- General building fabric repairs across the estate
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within Facilities Management or Building Maintenance
- Strong all-round fabric maintenance skills
- Experience carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A proactive and reliable approach to maintenance
Salary & Benefits
- Up to £35,000 basic salary
- 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
- 1 in 6 call-out rota
- £150 standby payment
- Company van provided whilst on call
