What’s on Offer:
- Up to £45,000 salary – paid door to door
- Mercedes vans – fully kitted and racked (private use being introduced)
- 22 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
- Overtime paid at 1.5x and 2x
- 5% pension contribution
- Core working hours: 08:00 – 17:00
- No emergency callouts (may be introduced later)
Location:
Based in Liverpool, covering sites within a 50-mile radius. Current clients include offices, landlords and tenants, and the real estate sector. This may expand as the business grows.
The Role:
We’re expanding our M&E services off the back of long-standing fabric and reactive maintenance contracts. You’ll be responsible for:
- Planned preventative maintenance and reactive HVAC work.
- Supporting the team with general PPMs and occasional small fabric repairs.
- Travelling across the Northwest, predominantly within 50 miles of Liverpool.
You’ll mainly focus on your trade but will need to be hands-on and flexible to support the wider team as needed.
