- Overview
- We are seeking an experienced
- Maintenance Gas Engineer to carry out planned and reactive gas maintenance across
Leeds and the wider Yorkshire region , covering both commercial and domestic sites.
The role involves servicing, fault finding, repairs, installation, and compliance testing across a wide range of gas systems.
This is a varied field-based role with travel across multiple sites and participation in an out-of-hours call-out rota.
Key Responsibilities
- Planned and reactive maintenance on commercial & domestic gas systems
- Fault finding, repairs, servicing, and installation works
- Gas safety checks, testing, and certification in line with Gas Safe regulations
- Work on boilers, heating systems, pipework, water heaters, AHUs, and radiant heaters
- Respond to emergency call-outs and helpdesk requests
- Produce quotations for repair and installation works
- Update CAFM systems with job progress and completion details
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and gas regulations
- Travel across Leeds, Yorkshire, and surrounding areas as required
Qualifications (Essential)
- CCN1 (Core Gas Safety)
- CENWAT1 (Boilers)
- HTR1 (Gas Fires)
- COCN1 (Commercial Core Gas)
- Relevant ACS Commercial Gas qualifications (or equivalent)
Requirements
