We are recruiting for a Lead Shift Engineer to join a prestigious landmark site in Central London for a Tier 1 FM Company. You will act as the lead engineer on shift, responsible for PPM and reactive maintenance, contractor supervision, compliance, and overall site operations.

The Role
- PPM and reactive maintenance alongside a team of 8 engineers across a multi storey commercial building.
- Fault finding on lighting, power, distribution boards and emergency systems, HVAC, pumps, motors, AHUs and FCUs.
- Leading 2 engineers and an apprentice on shift.
- Supervising contractors, managing permits, compliance and safe systems of work.
Requirements
- Relevant Qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
- Over 5 years commercial building maintenance / FM experience
- Strong fault‑finding and leadership skills.
