Join a leading Facilities Management company as an HVAC Engineer working on a static site in Wimbledon. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC systems across both the depot and trains, ensuring smooth operation and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, service, and repair HVAC systems across the depot and trains
  • Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently to minimize downtime
  • Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Work closely with site teams and contractors to ensure smooth operations
  • Carry out installation, replacement, and fitting of HVAC components (valves, motors, pumps, fans, coils, filters, etc.)
  • Perform pipework brazing, soldering, and fabrication as required for system modifications or repairs
  • Handle refrigerants safely, including recovery, charging, leak detection, and pressure testing in line with F-Gas regulations
  • Undertake performance testing and commissioning of repaired or new HVAC systems
  • Keep detailed maintenance and service records for compliance and auditing purposes

Requirements

  • HVAC qualification (NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
  • F-Gas certification (essential)
  • Experience working on commercial HVAC systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
