The predicted salary is between 36675 - 44825 £ per year.
Salary: £40,000 + Van
40 hour working week flexible hours. This is a Monday to Friday position working any 8 hours between 6am and 6pm. Covering an Army College, which includes 23 buildings and 137 homes. There is a requirement to work 1 week in 4 on-call Monday to Sunday additional £150 standby and a minimum 2 hours paid if called out.
As a Maintenance Electrician you will be covering all the electrical PPM and Reactive tasks ensuring they are carried out with the resources allocated, with regards to the level of service, quality, and cost control whilst ensuring compliance with contractual, health and safety standards. The role involves covering all the emergency light testing and fire alarm checks, responding to any lighting, power, and sockets issues. You will be joining a team of 10 multiskilled engineers on site so you will have lots of support.
