We are seeking a proactive and organised Factory Coordinator to join our HVAC – Railway & Compressors team based in SW19. This is a key role supporting the smooth running of factory operations, particularly around HVAC units and compressor systems for the railway sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate repairs of HVAC units based on customer demands
- Order parts and consumables for factory operations
- Raise and manage delivery paperwork for outgoing parts, railway HVACs, and compressors
- Prepare and issue quotations to customers
- Manage stock levels, including monthly stock reconciliation (stock take performed by storeman)
- Oversee rail production planning and maintain accurate customer order books
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment preferred
- Effective communication and time management abilities
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or stock systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
