We're working with a growing building services and energy solutions provider looking to appoint an Electrical Project Manager to join their expanding projects team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business delivering electrical, energy and building services projects across retail, commercial, public sector and industrial environments nationwide.

The Role

As Electrical Project Manager, you'll take ownership of projects from initial survey and quotation through to delivery and final account. Projects typically include:

  • Electrical installations
  • Smart lighting upgrades
  • General power projects
  • EV charging infrastructure
  • Solar PV installations
  • BMS and controls systems
  • Energy efficiency projects

Project values range from £20,000 to £2 million, requiring a hands-on Project Manager who is comfortable managing multiple live projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from tender through to completion
  • Organise direct labour and subcontractors
  • Carry out site surveys and client meetings
  • Manage procurement of materials and specialist subcontractors
  • Control project costs, variations and final accounts
  • Produce project documentation, RAMS and O&M manuals
  • Monitor programme delivery and project performance
  • Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time and within budget

  • Full UK Driving Licence
