We are currently seeking an Electrical Project Manager to join our team based in the Huntingdon office. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering electrical projects from initial survey through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake site surveys and prepare quotations for project works in line with procurement procedures.
  • Organise and manage plant hire within required project timescales.
  • Deliver store development works and asset replacement schemes from survey through to handover.
  • Manage project programmes, labour planning, HSE plans, risk assessments, method statements, and waste management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company HSE management systems.
  • Attend relevant meetings including M&E technical meetings, pre-start meetings, handovers, and cost reviews.
  • Liaise with the Quantity Surveyor to ensure project revisions and expenditure remain within budget.
  • Identify and resolve repair, maintenance, and installation issues affecting project delivery.
  • Monitor workforce and subcontractor performance to maximise efficiency.
  • Manage project documentation in line with company quality management procedures.
  • Provide information for operation and maintenance manuals and health and safety files.
  • Ensure projects are completed snag‑free, resolving any snagging within six working days.

Working Hours

40 hours per week (flexibility required depending on project demands, particularly within the retail sector).

Package & Benefits

  • Salary: £55,000 – £63,000 depending on experience
  • Company car, car allowance, or electric vehicle salary sacrifice scheme
  • Private healthcare (BUPA) available as part of the package
  • Company pension: 5% employer contribution
  • Bonus: Up to 10% based on company, divisional, and individual performance
