Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform reactive and pre-planned maintenance on-site.
  • Deliver a multi-skilled maintenance service covering mechanical and electrical disciplines.
  • Ensure optimum performance of all mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) .
  • Handle modifications and installations as required.
  • Coordinate with sub-contractors and external suppliers .
  • Engage effectively with clients and management.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • NVQ/City and Guilds Level 2/3 in relevant engineering maintenance (Electrical).
  • Prior experience in commercial environment maintenance .
  • Competence in report writing and handling paperwork .

  • 4 Days
  • 4 Off
  • 4 Nights
  • 4 Off
