Key Responsibilities:
- Perform reactive and pre-planned maintenance on-site.
- Deliver a multi-skilled maintenance service covering mechanical and electrical disciplines.
- Ensure optimum performance of all mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) .
- Handle modifications and installations as required.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and external suppliers .
- Engage effectively with clients and management.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- NVQ/City and Guilds Level 2/3 in relevant engineering maintenance (Electrical).
- Prior experience in commercial environment maintenance .
- Competence in report writing and handling paperwork .
