We\’re hiring an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a high-profile commercial building at 99 Kensington High Street .
This is a long-term, stable contract (renewed December 2025 with 5 years remaining ) and a role that suits an engineer who is strong on PPM and confident carrying out electrical remedial works to a good standard.
Private medical insurance is included from day one , with the option to add family at discounted rates.
What you\’ll be doing
Electrical PPM across building services systems
Electrical fault finding , repairs and remedial works
Lighting, power, distribution boards, containment and small installs
Working safely under site procedures (permits / RAMS / compliance)
Updating job sheets and compliance records properly
Liaising with the client and managing subcontractors when required
What we need from you (must-haves)
Recognised electrical qualification (NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent)
18th Edition
Proven experience delivering electrical PPM and remedials in commercial buildings / FM
Good fault-finding ability and a professional, client-facing approach
Nice to have (not essential): LVAP (or the right background to step into it).
Pay & benefits
£44,000 – £46,000 basic
