- PPM, servicing and repairs on Electrical and Mechanical Systems across the properties.

- Utilize IT systems to accurately record tasks and project-related information.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Level 3 Electrical Qualification
- 18th Edition
- Proven experience in facilities management or maintenance is desirable.
