The Role
As Technical Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring engineering excellence across the contract by:
- Supervising and supporting a team of multi-skilled engineers.
- Planning and coordinating planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works.
- Acting as the technical lead and primary point of contact for engineering service delivery.
- Ensuring SLA and KPI performance targets are consistently achieved.
- Managing subcontractors and specialist service providers.
- Promoting a strong health & safety culture and ensuring Safe Systems of Work are followed.
- Conducting toolbox talks, audits and workplace inspections.
- Supporting engineer development through coaching and training.
- Building strong working relationships with the client and internal stakeholders.
- Deputising for senior management when required.
About You
We're looking for someone who has
- Previous experience in a Technical, Engineering or Maintenance Supervisory role.
- A strong Electrical, HVAC or Building Services engineering background.
- Experience delivering planned and reactive maintenance within Facilities Management.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and compliance.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
