The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 € per year.

A Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer is required to support building maintenance across multiple sites in the Merseyside area. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm. Police vetting will be required due to contract security requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and complete reports
  • Respond to reactive and emergency breakdowns
  • Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota
  • Support other team members as needed
  • Ensure all tasks are completed within agreed timescales
  • Help reduce energy usage on sites
  • Oversee subcontractors to ensure quality and safety compliance
  • Work flexibly across multiple properties
  • Complete all documentation accurately and on time
  • Follow all Health & Safety procedures
  • Perform additional duties within capability

Requirements

  • Full commercial gas qualifications
  • Experience in commercial gas maintenance and service
  • Experience in mobile service delivery
  • Understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and service standards
  • Strong Health & Safety awareness
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Proactive with strong fault-finding abilities
  • Accurate and timely paperwork skills
  • Full UK driving licence
