About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join our Northwest based team, responsible for providing installation, maintenance, and repair services across a wide variety of commercial sites. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-profile contracts within offices, hotels, retail outlets, gyms, restaurants, and cinemas. You will be part of a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional service and ensuring that all systems are efficient, compliant, and safe.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Install, Service, and Repair: Execute installation, maintenance, and repair on commercial gas systems and appliances, ensuring safety and compliance.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance checks and inspections to prevent breakdowns and ensure high performance.
- Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve issues on commercial gas appliances, heating systems, and related equipment, including post-installation troubleshooting.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of work, including risk assessments, compliance logs, and job reports to meet regulatory and client requirements.

- Experience: Proven track record as a Commercial Gas Engineer, ideally with experience in facilities management or high-demand commercial settings.
- Qualifications: Relevant Commercial Gas qualifications (e.g., CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1).
- Skills: Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities, with excellent communication and a customer-focused approach.
- Requirements: Full UK driving license and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.
