Opportunity to join a leading facilities management business supporting a major UK client. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Business Unit Coordinator to support senior leadership and play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the business unit. This is a varied and fast-paced position offering exposure across operations, communication, and commercial activities.
The Role
You will work closely with senior stakeholders, supporting business operations while ensuring effective coordination across multiple teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting senior leadership with diary, travel, and administrative coordination
- Managing business unit reporting, including monthly review packs and audit tracking
- Coordinating contract review meetings and supporting operational delivery
- Assisting with internal communications and stakeholder engagement
- Supporting sales activity, including bids, proposals, and documentation
- Managing QHSE reporting and ensuring compliance processes are followed
- Working collaboratively with operational teams to support business performance
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organisational and coordination skills within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident working with senior stakeholders
- Experience supporting business operations, projects, or sales processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
