An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Compliance / Contract Administrator to join a busy Hard FM team based at Bishop Auckland Hospital.

As the Compliance / Contract Administrator, you will support the Hard FM Manager and engineering team by coordinating planned maintenance, managing compliance records and ensuring statutory requirements are met across the contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Hard FM Manager and engineering team.
  • Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Maintain compliance records and CAFM systems.
  • Produce KPI and compliance reports.
  • Manage contractor documentation, permits and access.
  • Track remedial works through to completion.
  • Keep training and competency records up to date.
About You

The successful Compliance / Contract Administrator will ideally have experience within Facilities Management, compliance or administration, along with strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
