A leading Building Services and Facilities Management contractor is looking for an experienced
AC & HVAC Service Engineer to join its growing team covering the Midlands region.
The Role
- Planned and reactive maintenance of commercial AC and HVAC systems.
- Service and repair of split, VRV/VRF, chiller, AHU and ventilation systems.
- Fault finding, diagnostics and repairs.
- Completion of compliance and F-Gas documentation.
- Occasional installation and commissioning works.
- Use of tablet-based CAFM systems.
- Participation in an on-call rota.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- F-Gas certification.
- Experience servicing commercial AC and HVAC systems.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable
- C&G/NVQ in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.
- Electrical qualifications.
- Installation and commissioning experience.
