We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Bid Writer to join a growing and well-established Soft FM business based in the Uxbridge area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience across Facilities Management, Cleaning, Security or wider Support Services who enjoys working in a fast-paced commercial environment and wants to be part of a business with ambitious growth plans. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the business to secure new contracts across a range of sectors including commercial, retail, education and healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Writing compelling PQQ, SQ, ITT and tender submissions
- Managing bids from qualification stage through to final submission
- Working closely with operational and commercial teams to gather technical information
- Producing high-quality written content, presentations and supporting documents
- Maintaining and improving bid library content
- Ensuring submissions are completed accurately and within deadline
What We’re Looking For
- Previous Bid Writing experience within FM, Soft Services, Cleaning, Security or Support Services
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Proven experience producing successful tender submissions
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Commercially aware and confident working with stakeholders across the business
