HVAC Project Manager Wakefield | £45,000–£50,000 + Company Vehicle We are recruiting an experienced HVAC Project Manager for an established building services contractor delivering commercial projects throughout the UK. This is a senior, hands-on role for an HVAC Project Manager, Contracts Manager or Project Engineer who understands both the technical and commercial sides of project delivery. You will take responsibility for projects from design review and quotation through installation, commissioning, final account and handover. Responsibilities * Manage commercial HVAC projects from quotation through to completion * Review drawings, specifications and consultant designs * Identify technical, installation and buildability issues * Support HVAC design development and project planning * Manage programmes, budgets, costs and variations * Monitor project profitability and commercial information * Coordinate HVAC teams and associated building trades * Manage labour, subcontractors, suppliers and materials * Lead client meetings, RFIs, reporting and project documentation * Oversee testing, commissioning, certification and handover Experience required * HVAC Project Manager, Contracts Manager or Project Engineer experience * Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems * Commercial installation, refurbishment or fit-out experience * Able to understand and challenge drawings and specifications * Experience with quotations, budgets, variations and final accounts * Confident managing labour, subcontractors and suppliers * Strong client-facing and problem-solving skills * Relevant HVAC or building services qualifications * Full UK driving licence and clean DBS * Comfortable travelling nationwide and staying away when required Package * £45,000–£50,000, potentially negotiable * Company vehicle * Business travel expenses covered * Accommodation provided when working away * 20 days’ holiday plus eight bank holidays * Additional birthday leave * Company pension * Some home-working flexibility following probation Apply with your current CV for a confidential discussion
