About the Role: As a Technical Engineer, you will be responsible for: * Performing planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance. * Diagnosing and repairing technical faults in building systems. * Supporting the continuous improvement of operational performance. * Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding service. * Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience in a technical or engineering role, preferably in facilities management. * Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and/or HVAC systems. * Relevant qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent). * Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. * Ability to work independently and within a team.
