You'll be covering a portfolio of commercial buildings, carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and general building fabric works, with plumbing forming a key part of the role.
The Role
- Planned and reactive fabric maintenance
- Plumbing repairs and maintenance

- Working across commercial environments
- Travel to sites within approximately 90 minutes
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Fabric Engineer or Building Fabric Technician
- Practical plumbing experience
- Commercial building maintenance experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
- A proactive and customer-focused approach

- Up to £35,000 basic salary
