You'll be covering a portfolio of commercial buildings, carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and general building fabric works, with plumbing forming a key part of the role.

The Role

  • Planned and reactive fabric maintenance

  • Travel to sites within approximately 90 minutes

What We're Looking For

  • Experience as a Fabric Engineer or Building Fabric Technician
  • Practical plumbing experience
  • Commercial building maintenance experience
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach

  • Up to £35,000 basic salary
