A leading UK property owner is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to support one of the largest healthcare property portfolios in the UK and Ireland. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of Health & Safety across a portfolio of over 1,100 healthcare facilities while working alongside Facilities Management and Property teams to improve safety performance, compliance and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Health & Safety leadership across a national property portfolio
- Development of H&S systems, frameworks and governance processes
- Contractor management and compliance monitoring
- Accident investigation and corrective action management
- Audit and inspection programmes
- Fire safety, water hygiene and statutory compliance support
- Risk assessments, RAMS and permit-to-work processes
- Management of H&S reporting and KPI performance
- Leadership of an existing H&S Advisor
Requirements
- NEBOSH qualified
- Health & Safety experience within FM, Property, Estates or Building Services
- Experience managing multi-site portfolios
- Strong operational Health & Safety background
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Full UK driving licence
