An opportunity has come available working for one of the more well known FM companies in the UK working as a Maintenance Technician covering approximately a static healthcare facility in Southampton. This company looks after some high profile clients across different Government, Healthcare and Not for Profit facilities around the UK.

In this role you will carry out some general building maintenance and planned works across a secure healthcare facility. This building has 4 wards and is very reactive for most of its maintenance works. It is expected that on average an engineer can earn an additional £10,000 per year in additional income on top of the annual salary with the call out and overtime. It is expected that the candidate is able to carry out most basic handyperson duties within a commercial environment and has previous experience with the FM industry or similar environments.
