Overview
We’re currently recruiting for an experienced HVAC / Air Conditioning Engineer to join a major static site in Skegness, working for a leading global facilities management provider. This is a long-term, stable role ideal for an engineer seeking consistent hours, strong job security, and genuine training and development opportunities with no call-out rota.
Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on HVAC and AC systems
- Fault-find and repair split systems, AHUs, FCUs, and associated plant
- Work across multiple on-site facilities including entertainment venues, hospitality areas, accommodation, and leisure spaces
- Complete compliance documentation and service reports
- Liaise with on-site management and support operational requirements
Requirements
- Proven HVAC / Air Conditioning maintenance experience
- F-Gas Category 1 certification (essential)
- Background in commercial or facilities maintenance environments
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
