We’re recruiting for a skilled and motivated Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established engineering team based on a large, high-performing site in Northampton. This is a static, shift-based role offering excellent work-life balance and access to top-tier facilities and ongoing refurbishment projects.
Role Overview
- Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) in line with schedules
- Respond promptly to reactive maintenance tasks and help desk requests
- Diagnose and repair faults across a range of electrical systems
- Oversee and coordinate external contractors for specialist tasks
- Ensure all systems remain compliant and operational through reporting and hands-on work
Key Requirements
- Recognised Level 3 Electrical qualification (C&G 2230, 2330, 2356, 2357 or AM1/AM2)
- Experience in facilities maintenance or building services
- Technical understanding of:
- Air/Water Source Heat Pumps
- UPS systems, Generators, Power Distribution
