About the Role

A leading contractor specialising in commercial fit-out and upgrade projects is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee delivery from start to finish. You’ll manage projects ranging from £10k to £1m in value, ensuring successful completion on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The pre-construction and tendering phases are handled by a dedicated in-house team, allowing you to focus solely on project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full delivery of commercial fit-out and upgrade projects

Oversee site operations, subcontractors, and suppliers

Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget

Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular progress updates

Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality and compliance

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers

Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial fit-outs or refurbishments

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Solid understanding of construction processes, H&S, and compliance

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Full UK driving licence
